Here is the basic Semi-Bunker for Colonization 102 - a small bunker with bedrooms underground, kitchen and living area over ground, a small greenery included, with plants. Stairs lead to the roof which can be used for skilling (chess, painting) or for a dining table. There are two versions: unfurnished - add the furniture you want, or furnished with high-quality basic furnishing, including plumbing and kitchen appliances. The furnished version includes sleeping facilities for 6 plus two cribs. Two bathrooms, one with a bath tub and one with a shower. You can easily add new rooms or floors to this semi-bunker.
It's built on the smallest lot in Sunset Valley, so you can put it on any lot available.
