The farm houses in Older Windle are simple - one big room with fireplaces in each end, beds along the walls, a place to cook and a table for eating. The double bed for the parents is in the loft, where also additional beds can be placed. In the outhouse there are sanitary arrangements.
I have tried to use mostly base game stuff for these houses, however the stairs in old wood, you find here:
Medium Farm:

The Medium Farm comes with some veggies to start the farming with. It's built on a 20x25 lot.
Small Farm:
The Small farm is built on a 16x18 lot, and therefore is even more easy to place anywhere. Its costs around 30k, but you can easily make it less expensive by taking away stuff, like the fireplaces. It is not treated with the magic wand either (function in Awesome Mod to make a lot cheaper).
Second Floor (loft):
The Small Farm comes without landscaping.
