The Windle Fields is a community lot, with veggie fields that include all the plants in game. I use this lots for my sims to go harvest at, either to get plants for their own farms, or to sell and pay get money for themselves or to pay taxes.
I recently added a building that can be used as an Alchemist lab - as the small Rabbit Hole for Science Lab is placed on this lot. That's because I use Twallans career mod and many of my Windle inhabitants work in his Gardener Career, which I renamed peasant in my Medieval version.
In my Riverview I used the lot called Long Island Point for this. The lot is 40x40.
