Finally I got these up. They are new bunkers, built with WA expansion. They may need some store items also.
New Bunker (Cost: Furnished 27.492/Unfurnished 22.803 )
The New Bunker comes with a simple and playable design. On ground floor you find a greenhouse, and a study, as well as WC and a shower room. Stair lead up to the roof, a good place for a telescope or an easel.
First Basement level:
Here you find the kitchen, dining area and a corner with a couch and TV.
Second Basement Level:
On second level we have the bedrooms. 4 single beds, a double bed, and two cribs are included in the basic version. Two bathrooms, one with a tub.
A cheaper version (Small Basic Bunker, cost furnished 20.055/unfirnished 15.366) is actually only smaller above surface: walls and windows cut down to a minimum.
These bunkers are easily added to, when needed. Add a new living-room, or more bedrooms. These versions are built on a 16x18 lot.
