So the Colonization was a concept I had already back when starting playing Sims 3 - it's my way of conquering the new sims world. This world, with its now blue surface, will be the testing grounds for all new stuff that comes along, and the world will be updated and adjusted to new expansions and whatnot.

I created Colonization 212 around the housetypes I started to build already in base game. Here are some updated smaller versions, used in Colonization 212.
Small Bunker Type 1b, 2 and 3
Small Bunker Type 1 b, 2 and 3. Built on a 10x10 lot.
Type 1 b - best equipped, 4 floors under surface- 2 cribs, 1 double bed, 4 single beds. Bathrooms on each floor.
Type 2 - simpler and cheaper, 4 floors under surface.
Type 3 - cheapest, 2 floors under surface, 1 crib, 1 double bed, 1 single bed.
2 floors, well equipped. 1 crib, 2 single beds, 1 double bed. Can easily become bigger by adding more floors.
Secluded yeard with pool.
2 floors, spacey, secluded yard with pool. Fits in a Glass Dome.
